GREEN COFFEE CAN MAKE YOU SKINNY

Several scientists have reported that green coffee beans can make you skinny by losing weight. In the survey, it was evidently shown that people who consumed few milligrams of green coffee beans lost their body weight about ten percent. 


"Based on our results, taking multiple capsules of green coffee extract a day - while eating a low-fat, healthful diet and exercising regularly - appears to be a safe, effective, inexpensive way to lose weight," said Vinson, who is with the University of Scranton

The survey that led to the report made use of sixteen obese people aged between 16-22 and were made to consume capsules contain green coffee beans. In order to make the results accurate, several steps were taken. In the study time, apart from the usual healthy diet they were made to do exercise to improve the results. 

In the time period of twenty two weeks, the people who participated in the survey and used green capsules  lost about seven kilograms of body weight. This included ten percent of body weight and also sixteen percentage of their fat content in the body. This research was a prudent step as it increased chances to decrease the body weight of obese people.
