NEW GUINNESS RECORD - MOST NUMBER OF PEOPLE SHAVING

Greece: A group of  2150 people set a record of most number people shaving at a time. This amazing event took place in supermarket chain Masoutis's new warehouse in Thessaloniki. The event was sponsored by Gillette to publish their new Fusion Proglide razor, under the condition that each participant should have at least 24 hour hair growth and should make at least five razor strokes.

The exclusive event was monitored by fifty supervisors, two independent witnesses along with Guinness World Records Adjudicator Seyda Subasi-Gemici. Along with the aim of setting a new Guinness record, the event also benefited a charity by helping them with a sum of money.

The latest event broke the earlier record of 1868 participants shaving at Mumbai in India which was held by Gillette in 2009. The event comprised of fun as well as thrill. The wonderful and awesome added a new record to the Guinness Book of records.
